How it works

1. Activate Idol of Oblivion by tapping it, causing you to draw a card.
2. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Idol of Oblivion.
3. Repeat.

This clever loop lets you turn your hand into an engine of pure card advantage by pairing Mind Over Matter with Idol of Oblivion. Because Idol of Oblivion has a tap ability that simply asks you to draw a card without a mana cost, Mind Over Matter can step in to discard a card and untap the Idol over and over again. As long as you have cards in hand to feed into Mind Over Matter's discard cost, you can cycle through your entire deck to find your win condition.
