How it works
- Deal combat damage to an opponent using the creature that has Biorganic Carapace attached, triggering it.
- Holding priority, activate Adric by paying 2 and tapping it, copying the creature's trigger.
- Resolve the copy of the creature's ability, drawing a card for each modified creature you control.
- Holding priority, activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Adric.
- Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping a mana-producing permanent.
- Activate the mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding .
- Repeat from step 5 two additional times.
- Repeat from step 2.
This clever loop relies on Biorganic Carapace to turn a combat damage trigger into a massive card-drawing engine based on your modified creatures. To push this over the top, Adric, Mathematical Genius steps in to multiply those triggers by copying them using its activated ability. To sustain Adric's costly activation, Mind Over Matter acts as the ultimate engine: you discard cards to repeatedly untap both Adric and your mana-producing permanents, looping the entire process to draw through your deck while generating infinite mana and untaps.
