How it works

1. Activate O'aka by tapping it and removing a counter from a nonland permanent, causing you to draw a card.
2. Shang-Chi and the Ten Rings triggers, putting a counter on it.
3. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping O'aka.
4. Repeat.

This engine creates an infinite recursive loop by turning your hand into fuel for O'aka, Traveling Merchant's activated ability. Whenever you discard a card to Mind Over Matter, you get to untap O'aka so it can tap again, remove a counter from a nonland permanent to draw a card, and feed the cycle right back into Mind Over Matter's discard cost. Meanwhile, Shang-Chi and the Ten Rings sits on the board watching every single draw trigger happen, steadily piling up +1/+1 counters until it triggers its massive card-draw and life-gain bonus.
