How it works

1. Activate O'aka by tapping it and removing a counter from a nonland permanent, causing you to draw a card.
2. Ravenhill Flock triggers, putting a counter on it.
3. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping O'aka.
4. Repeat.

By feeding cards away to Mind Over Matter, you can constantly untap O'aka, Traveling Merchant to tap it and draw. Each card drawn triggers Ravenhill Flock to grow, which in turn provides the necessary counter for O'aka, Traveling Merchant to consume as part of its activation cost. This creates a brilliant self-sustaining loop where your discarded cards fuel the very engine keeping it alive, letting you dig through your entire deck at will.
