How it works

  1. Activate Insight Engine by paying 2 and tapping it, putting a charge counter on Insight Engine and then drawing a card for each charge counter on it.
  2. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping a mana-producing permanent.
  3. Activate the permanent by tapping it, adding at least 1.
  4. Repeat from step 2 one additional time.
  5. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Insight Engine.
  6. Repeat.
