How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Diving Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
3. Sai triggers, creating a 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token.
4. Activate the Thopter token by tapping it, adding that can only be spent to cast spells from anywhere except your hand.
5. Repeat.

This elegant loop turns Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining engine by repeatedly drawing the top card of your library and recasting it using Mm'menon, the Right Hand. Mm'menon's mana ability converts the Thopter tokens generated by Sai, Master Thopterist into the exact blue mana needed to pay for the Top's re-entry, bypassing hand restrictions entirely. Meanwhile, Anger rests quietly in your graveyard to ensure that every newly minted Thopter can tap for mana the moment it hits the battlefield without needing summoning sickness to wear off.
