How it works
- Activate Cabal Coffers by paying 2 and tapping it, adding for each Swamp you control.
- Activate Candelabra of Tawnos by paying 2 and tapping it, untapping Cabal Coffers and Candelabra of Tawnos as it is a land due to Toph.
- Repeat.
This magnificent mana-engine begins with Toph, the First Metalbender, whose static ability cleverly transforms your nontoken artifacts into lands. Because of this, Candelabra of Tawnos counts as a land, allowing it to untap itself along with Cabal Coffers. With Cabal Coffers tapping to yield a massive surge of black mana based on your total Swamp count, you can feed a portion of that bounty right back into Candelabra of Tawnos to untap both key pieces and repeat the cycle endlessly.
