How it works

1. Activate Howlsquad Heavy by tapping it, adding at least
2. Activate Aphetto Alchemist by tapping it, targeting Howlsquad Heavy.
3. Battlemage's Bracers triggers, causing you to pay 1 to copy Aphetto Alchemist's ability, targeting Aphetto Alchemist.
4. Resolve both Aphetto Alchemist abilities, untapping it and Howlsquad Heavy.
5. Repeat.

This engine turns a steady stream of red mana into an infinite loop by outfitting Aphetto Alchemist with Battlemage's Bracers. When Aphetto Alchemist taps to untap Howlsquad Heavy, the Bracers intercept the activated ability, letting you pay a single generic mana to copy it and untap Aphetto Alchemist in the process. With both creatures ready to tap again, Howlsquad Heavy's max speed ability—fueled by its own combat-oriented presence or any other Goblin tokens it brings along—generates an excess of red mana to keep the Bracers' copy fee permanently paid.
