How it works

1. Activate Cacophodon by tapping it, dealing damage to any target.
2. Guilty Conscience triggers, dealing damage to Cacophodon.
3. Cacophodon triggers, untapping itself.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Cacophodon into a self-sustaining artillery piece by layering on a couple of enchantments that turn its damage-dealing back onto itself. By enchanting it with Psionic Gift, you give the dinosaur the active ability to ping targets directly, but the real alchemy happens once Guilty Conscience enters the fray to create a perpetual motion machine. Every single time Cacophodon deals damage—whether to an opponent or a stray target—Guilty Conscience immediately slaps it right back with retaliatory damage, triggering Cacophodon's Enrage ability to instantly untap itself. The result is an unbroken chain of self-inflicted triggers that lets you tap, ping, and untap your way to infinite damage without ever letting the creature catch its breath.
