How it works

1. Cast Synth Infiltrator by paying 3, choosing to have it enter the battlefield as a copy of Sharuum the Hegemon.
2. Put Synth Infiltrator into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
3. Synth Infiltrator's enters-the-battlefield ability triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Sharuum the Hegemon.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop relies on Synth Infiltrator entering the battlefield as a copy of Sharuum the Hegemon, immediately triggering the legendary rule to send the newly entered copy straight to the graveyard. Fortunately, because that copy retains Sharuum the Hegemon's triggered ability, it can target itself in the graveyard and return to the battlefield as yet another copy, restarting the entire cycle. This endless loop of rebirths generates infinite enters-the-battlefield, leaves-the-battlefield, and death triggers whenever you need them.
