How it works

1. Cast Electric Seaweed by paying 2.
2. When Electric Seaweed enters, it triggers.
3. Activate Electric Seaweed by tapping it, attempting to deal 1 damage to Basking Broodscale, which will instead put a +1/+1 counter on it due to Vigor.
4. Basking Broodscale triggers, creating a 0/1 Eldrazi Spawn creature token.
5. Activate the Eldrazi Spawn by sacrificing it, adding C.
6. When the Eldrazi Spawn dies, Electric Seaweed triggers, dealing 1 damage to each non-Wall creature your opponents control. Each non-Wall creature you control (excluding Vigor) will not be dealt damage, and will instead have a +1/+1 counter put on it due to Vigor.
7. Repeat from step 4.

This clever loop turns a modest activation into an explosive engine by letting Vigor intercept damage to build your board instead of destroying it. When you activate Electric Seaweed to ping Basking Broodscale, Vigor steps in to prevent the harm and hands out a +1/+1 counter instead, which immediately prompts Basking Broodscale to churn out an Eldrazi Spawn. Sacrificing that token provides the colorless mana to feed Basking Broodscale's adapt ability, while the resulting death trigger causes Electric Seaweed to ping everything anew, letting Vigor pump your entire non-Wall crew into infinitely massive threats.
