How it works

1. Cast Time Warp by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. Move to your next turn. At the beginning of your precombat main phase, Echocasting Symposium's paradigm ability triggers, causing you to cast a copy of it from exile.
3. Resolve the copy, creating a token copy of Shipwreck Dowser
4. When the Shipwreck Dowser token enters, it triggers, returning Time Warp from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Repeat.

This brilliant loop uses Echocasting Symposium to continuously manufacture token copies of Shipwreck Dowser, leveraging the Symposium's unique paradigm ability to recast itself for free at the start of each of your main phases. Every time a fresh Shipwreck Dowser token materializes, its enters-the-battlefield trigger plucks Time Warp right back out of your graveyard and into your hand. Because Time Warp gives you the extra turns needed to keep triggering the exiled Echocasting Symposium over and over, you secure an unbroken chain of infinite turns to completely lock down the game.
