How it works

1. Deal combat damage to an opponent using a Rogue.
2. Cast Notorious Throng for its prowl cost by paying 5, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
3. Cast Shipwreck Dowser by paying its mana cost.
4. When Shipwreck Dowser enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Notorious Throng from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Move to your next turn.
6. Activate Dour Port-Mage by paying 1 and tapping it, returning Shipwreck Dowser from the battlefield to your hand.
7. Dour Port-Mage triggers, causing you to draw a card.
8. Repeat.
