How it works

1. Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Workshop Assistant.
2. When Workshop Assistant dies, it triggers, returning Myr Retriever from your graveyard to your hand.

4. Cast Myr Retriever by paying 0.
5. When Myr Retriever enters the battlefield, Blasting Station triggers, untapping Blasting Station.
6. Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Myr Retriever.
7. When Myr Retriever dies, it triggers, returning Workshop Assistant from your graveyard to your hand.
8. Resolve the Blasting Station ability, dealing 1 damage to any target.
9. Cast Workshop Assistant by paying 0.
10. When Workshop Assistant enters the battlefield, Blasting Station triggers, untapping Blasting Station.
11. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on the recursive synergy between Myr Retriever and Workshop Assistant, which can trade places endlessly from the graveyard thanks to each other's death triggers. Meanwhile, Blasting Station acts as both the executioner—sacrificing them to deal damage—and the engine that resets itself upon their arrival, untapping whenever a creature enters the battlefield. The true enabler of this infinite loop is Mycosynth Golem, whose static ability grants artifact creature spells affinity for artifacts, reducing the mana cost of both retrievers to zero. By cycling them back and forth for free, you turn the Station into an infinite damage cannon.
