How it works

1. Cast the Dinosaur in your hand by paying its mana cost. It will enter with a coin counter due to Blue.
2. When the Dinosaur enters, Blasting Station triggers, untapping Blasting Station.
3. Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing the Dinosaur.
4. When the Dinosaur dies, Athreos's second ability triggers, returning the Dinosaur from your graveyard to the battlefield. It will enter with a coin counter due to Blue.
5. When the Dinosaur enters, Blasting Station triggers, untapping Blasting Station.
6. Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 3.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This elegant loop turns Athreos, Shroud-Veiled into a permanent graveyard reclamation engine by leveraging its ability to place a coin counter on a creature during your end step—or, in this case, by letting Blue, Loyal Raptor cleverly copy that exact mechanic onto any incoming Dinosaur as a counter type. When you sacrifice that Dinosaur to Blasting Station to deal damage, Athreos immediately intercepts it from the graveyard and returns it to the battlefield under your control. Because Blue, Loyal Raptor ensures the returning Dinosaur continuously enters with another coin counter, Blasting Station's untap trigger fires every single time to reset the artifact for another sacrifice, creating a relentless cycle of damage and triggers.
