How it works

1. Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Kitchen Finks.
2. When Kitchen Finks dies, its persist ability triggers, returning Kitchen Finks from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Kitchen Finks enters the battlefield, it and Blasting Station trigger.
4. Resolve the Blasting Station tigger, untapping it.
5. Resolve the Kitchen Finks trigger, causing you to gain 2 life.
6. Spider-Man triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Kitchen Finks.
7. Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 1.
8. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns the humble Kitchen Finks into an infinite engine of life and damage by exploiting how counters interact on the battlefield. When you sacrifice the Finks to Blasting Station, its persist mechanic brings it right back with a -1/-1 counter, but the lifegain triggers Spider-Man, Peter Parker to immediately place a +1/+1 counter on it—which the rules of Magic seamlessly neutralize against the -1/-1 counter so the Finks is clean for the next cycle. Meanwhile, every time Kitchen Finks enters the battlefield, Blasting Station untaps itself thanks to its own passive trigger, ready to fling the creature again while steadily blasting away any target with infinite damage.
