How it works

1. Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Rograkh.
2. Cast Rograkh from your graveyard by paying 0. It will not enter with a finality counter on it due to Solemnity.
3. When Rograkh enters, Blasting Station triggers, untapping Blasting Station.
4. Repeat.

This loop relies on turning Leonardo, Sewer Samurai into an engine that lets you recast Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh for free directly from your graveyard over and over again. Normally, Leonardo would burden your recurring creatures with finality counters to exile them when they die, but Solemnity acts as an absolute shield, preventing those counters from ever being placed. With the re-entry restriction bypassed, every time Blasting Station sacrifices Rograkh to deal 1 damage, the creature's return immediately untaps the Station so you can repeat the process indefinitely.
