How it works

1. Cast Cackling Counterpart by paying 1, creating a token copy of Specimen Collector.
2. When the Specimen Collector token enters the battlefield, its first ability and Blasting Station trigger.
3. Resolve the Specimen Collector trigger, creating a 1/1 Squirrel and a 0/3 Crab creature token.
4. When the Squirrel and Crab enter the battlefield, Blasting Station triggers twice.
5. Resolve the Blasting Station triggers from step 2 and step 4, untapping it.
6. Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing the nontoken Specimen Collector.
7. When Specimen Collector dies, its second ability triggers, creating a token copy of the Specimen Collector token.
8. Repeat from step 2.
9. Resolve all Blasting Station abilities, dealing infinite damage to any target(s).

This loop turns a modest copy effect into an unstoppable engine by leveraging Specimen Collector's entry and death triggers alongside Blasting Station's untap ability. By casting Cackling Counterpart to kick off the cycle, the initial Specimen Collector token creates a Squirrel and a Crab upon arrival, which conveniently untaps Blasting Station twice to pay for its own sacrifice costs. Sacrificing the original Specimen Collector triggers its ability to copy a token, letting you recreate the very copy that started it all while Blasting Station peppers the board for infinite damage.
