How it works

1. If Morselhoarder has any -1/-1 counters on it, activate it by removing a -1/-1 counter from it, adding one mana of any color.
2. Repeat step 1 as necessary until Morselhoarder has no -1/-1 counters on it.
3. Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Morselhoarder.
4. When Morselhoarder dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
5. When Morselhoarder enters, Blasting Station triggers, untapping Blasting Station.
6. Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 3.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms your board into a relentless engine of destruction by turning death into fuel. With the back face of Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn // Isilu, Carrier of Twilight granting persist to your other nontoken creatures, Morselhoarder returns to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter whenever it dies. Fortunately, Morselhoarder's own ability lets you strip away its -1/-1 counters to generate colored mana before you sacrifice it to Blasting Station. Every time Morselhoarder enters the battlefield anew, Blasting Station untaps itself thanks to its built-in trigger, letting you repeat the sacrifice loop endlessly to pepper any target with infinite damage.
