How it works

1. Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Thunderblust.
2. When Thunderblust dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Melira.
3. When Thunderblust enters, Blasting Station triggers, untapping Blasting Station
4. Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 1
5. Repeat.

Melira, Sylvok Outcast sets the stage by completely neutralizing the drawback of persist, ensuring that whenever Thunderblust returns from the graveyard, it does so entirely free of any -1/-1 counters. Because Thunderblust keeps coming back clean and ready to persist again, sacrificing it to Blasting Station creates a perpetual loop of death and rebirth. Every time Thunderblust re-enters the battlefield, Blasting Station untaps itself, allowing you to repeat the sacrifice and continuously fire off damage until your opponents are reduced to ash.
