How it works

1. Cast Casey & Raph by paying 4.
2. When Casey & Raph enters, it and Blasting Station trigger. Choose Casey & Raph's first mode targeting yourself.
3. Resolve the Blasting Station trigger, untapping it.
4. Holding priority, activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Casey & Raph.
5. When Casey & Raph dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Casey & Raph onto the top of your library from your graveyard.
6. Resolve the Blasting Station ability.
7. Resolve the Casey & Raph trigger from step 2, causing you to exile Casey & Raph from the top of your ability with the ability to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.
8. Cast Casey & Raph from exile without paying its mana cost.
9. Repeat from step 2.
