How it works

1. Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing the other Dinosaur.
2. When the Dinosaur dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a +1/+1 counter on it due to the -1/-1 counter it will gain from Blue.
3. When the Dinosaur enters, Blasting Station triggers, untapping Blasting Station.
4. Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 1.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Mikaeus, the Unhallowed into a lethal engine by leveraging his static lord ability, which grants undying to your non-Human creatures. Because Blue, Loyal Raptor passes out its counters as replacement effects to your entering Dinosaurs, it modifies how they return, cleverly neutralizing the +1/+1 counter from undying with a -1/-1 counter so the loop can repeat indefinitely. Meanwhile, Blasting Station acts as both the sacrifice outlet and the win condition, untapping itself every time a creature enters the battlefield so you can continuously hurl your resilient Dinosaur at any target for infinite damage.
