How it works

1. Gain life.
2. Treebeard's second ability triggers, putting that many +1/+1 counters on Scurry Oak.
3. Scurry Oak triggers, creating a 1/1 Squirrel creature token.
4. When the Squirrel enters the battlefield, Angelic Chorus triggers, causing you to gain life.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This loop is a masterclass in recursive synergy, where an initial burst of life sets off a self-sustaining cascade of growth and creation. Treebeard, Gracious Host acts as the emotional center of the loop, translating every instance of lifegain into +1/+1 counters that target Scurry Oak. Because Scurry Oak triggers whenever those counters are placed upon it, it spits out a 1/1 Squirrel token, which in turn causes Angelic Chorus to trigger and restore your life total based on the new token's toughness.
