How it works

1. Activate Dark Sphere by tapping and sacrificing it.
2. Ich-Tekik's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and each Golem you control.
3. Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Dark Sphere from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Cast Dark Sphere from the top of your library by paying 0.
5. Repeat.

This loop centers around Mm'menon, the Right Hand, whose static ability lets you cast artifacts from the top of your library while turning every artifact you control into a mana source that pays specifically for spells cast from anywhere outside your hand. You start by sacrificing Dark Sphere, which triggers Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer to grow itself and your Golems with +1/+1 counters each time an artifact hits the graveyard. Arcbound Reclaimer then spends one of those fresh counters to recycle Dark Sphere right back to the top of your library, where Mm'menon lets you recast it for free.
