How it works

1. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Moss-Pit Skeleton.
2. When Moss-Pit Skeleton dies, Long Feng and Verdant Succession trigger.
3. Resolve the Long Feng trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control.
4. Moss-Pit Skeleton triggers, putting itself from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
5. Resolve the Verdant Succession trigger, searching your library for Moss-Pit Skeleton and putting it onto the battlefield.
6. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability.
7. Repeat.

This elegant loop turns the cycle of life and death into a perpetual engine by using Goblin Bombardment to sacrifice Moss-Pit Skeleton, sending it to the graveyard. That death immediately satisfies Verdant Succession to fetch another copy straight to the battlefield, while simultaneously triggering Long Feng, Grand Secretariat to place a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control. Because Moss-Pit Skeleton's own ability watches for any +1/+1 counters being placed on your creatures while it rests in the graveyard, that counter placement lets you rescue the skeleton right back to the top of your library before Verdant Succession's search resolves to pull it back out again.
