How it works

1. Cast Whirlwind Technique by paying its mana cost, targeting any applicable target(s).
2. Holding priority, cast Lutri by paying its mana cost reduced by Heartless Summoning.
3. When Lutri enters, it triggers, copying Whirlwind Technique targeting Lutri.
4. Resolve Whirlwind Technique, airbending Lutri.
5. Holding priority, cast Lutri from exile by paying 0 due to Heartless Summoning.
6. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop relies on Whirlwind Technique to airbend Lutri, the Spellchaser right back into exile, setting up a continuous cycle of enters-the-battlefield triggers. Heartless Summoning is the crucial engine enabling this madness, since its cost-reduction ability shrinks Lutri's normal casting cost down to zero when played from exile, allowing you to cast it for free over and over. Each time Lutri enters, its triggered ability copies Whirlwind Technique to target Lutri anew, letting you repeat the process indefinitely for infinite blinking, storm count, and magecraft triggers.
