How it works
Play Arid Archway.
When Arid Archway enters the battlefield, it and Evolution Sage trigger.
Resolve the Arid Archway trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
Resolve the Evolution Sage trigger, putting a charge counter on Magistrate's Scepter.
Repeat from step 1 until Magistrate's Scepter has four or more charge counters on it.
Activate Magistrate's Scepter's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
Repeat each turn.
This clever loop exploits the self-bouncing nature of Arid Archway, which forces you to return itself to your hand every time it hits the battlefield so you can replay it repeatedly. Azusa, Lost but Seeking provides the essential extra land drops needed to keep replaying the Archway turn after turn without stalling out. Each time that land drops, Evolution Sage's landfall trigger proliferates the charge counters accumulating on Magistrate's Scepter. Once the scepter is properly charged, you simply cash them in to take infinite extra turns and lock the game down.
