How it works

1. Cause Kydele to become an artifact using Phyrexian Scriptures.
2. Activate Kydele by tapping it, adding at least CCC
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Kydele.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This ingenious loop transforms your commander into an infinite mana engine by exploiting a clever classification trick. First, you play Phyrexian Scriptures and use its first chapter ability to place a +1/+1 counter on Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix, permanently turning her into an artifact in addition to her other types. Because she is now an artifact creature, she becomes a valid target for Voltaic Construct's untap ability. Once you've drawn enough cards in a turn to ensure Kydele taps for at least three colorless mana—more than enough to cover the Construct's two-mana activation cost—you can tap her for mana, use a portion of it to untap her with Voltaic Construct, and repeat the process as many times as you desire for boundless colorless energy.
