How it works
- Activate Traxos by tapping it, adding 1.
- Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
- Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
- Traxos triggers, untapping itself.
- Repeat.

Because Sensei's Divining Top is an artifact and therefore a historic spell, every single iteration untaps Traxos, Scourge of Kroog, leaving you with infinite card draws and an unbounded storm count.
