How it works

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Dragon Broodmother triggers, creating a copy of Timestream Navigator.
2. Activate the oldest Timestream Navigator, paying 2 and putting Timestream Navigator on the bottom of your library to take an extra turn after this one.
3. Pass the turn.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop takes advantage of Esix, Fractal Bloom's replacement effect to instantly turn the automatic upkeep triggers from Dragon Broodmother into fresh copies of Timestream Navigator instead of standard Dragon tokens. With the city's blessing active, you can then tap one of those navigators to take an extra turn, shuffling it back to the bottom of your library in the process. Because you are chaining infinite extra turns this way, you can simply repeat the process upkeep after upkeep, completely locking down the game.
