How it works

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Honden of Life's Web triggers, creating a copy of Timestream Navigator for each Shrine you control.
2. Activate the oldest Timestream Navigator, paying 2 and putting Timestream Navigator on the bottom of your library to take an extra turn after this one.
3. Pass the turn.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop hinges on replacing your token generation with a bit of temporal manipulation, beginning when Honden of Life's Web triggers during your upkeep to create Spirit tokens. Because you control Esix, Fractal Bloom, that very first token creation is drastically altered, letting you choose to spawn clones of Timestream Navigator instead of humble Spirits—assuming you have already achieved the city's blessing to activate its ability. You can then immediately tap and shuffle that freshly minted Timestream Navigator back into your library to take an extra turn. By repeating this process on each subsequent extra turn, you lock down the game with an endless succession of phases entirely under your control.
