How it works

1. Activate Traxos by tapping it, adding 1.
2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Traxos triggers, untapping itself.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms a dormant, clumsy leviathan into a literal engine of destiny by turning its drawback into an advantage. With Future Sight letting you play cards directly from the top of your library, Sensei's Divining Top can be continuously drawn and replayed for the exact same mana cost. Meanwhile, Utopia Vow pacifies Traxos, Scourge of Kroog so it cannot attack or block, but importantly grants it a tap ability to produce the exact mana needed to pay for the Top. Every time you cast the Top, Traxos's own static-triggered ability notices a historic spell entering the stack and untaps itself in response, ready to be tapped for mana all over again to keep the infinite card draw and storm count rolling.
