How it works

1. Cast Phyrexian Marauder from the top of your library by paying 0.
2. Phyrexian Marauder enters the battlefield and dies as a state-based action due to having zero toughness.
3. Mortuary triggers, putting Phyrexian Marauder on top of your library from your graveyard.
4. Repeat.

This loop turns the top of your library into a self-sustaining engine by letting Experimental Frenzy bypass your hand entirely to cast Phyrexian Marauder for zero mana. Because the Marauder hits the graveyard with zero toughness right away, Mortuary immediately catches it on the way down and places it right back onto the top of your library. This allows you to continuously repeat the casting process to rack up infinite creature entry triggers, leaves, deaths, and storm count.
