How it works

1. Activate a land that enters the battlefield untapped by tapping it, adding at least 1.
2. Storm Cauldron triggers, returning the land from the battlefield to your hand.
3. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield on top of your library.
4. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
5. Kellan triggers, putting a land from your hand onto the battlefield.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the self-replacing nature of Sensei's Divining Top into an engine for endless card draw and triggers. With Experimental Frenzy granting you the ability to play the Top directly from the top of your library, tapping it draws a card and puts it right back where you need it. When you recast the Top for {1}, Kellan, the Kid triggers off the non-hand cast to let you drop a land from your hand onto the battlefield. Meanwhile, Storm Cauldron ensures your lands keep bouncing back to your hand the moment you tap them for mana, constantly reloading your ammunition for Kellan while fueling the mana needed to keep recasting the Top.
