How it works

1. Activate Traxos by tapping it, adding 1.
2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Traxos triggers, untapping itself.
5. Repeat.

This looping engine centers on Experimental Frenzy, which lets you cast Sensei's Divining Top directly from the top of your library while bypassing the restriction on your hand. To fund the process, A Realm Reborn grants Traxos, Scourge of Kroog the ability to tap for mana, a crucial source since Traxos normally struggles to untap on its own. However, casting Sensei's Divining Top counts as a historic spell, triggering Traxos to untap so you can tap it for mana again and redraw the artifact by activating its own ability.
