How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.
3. Repeat

This clever engine lets you draw your entire deck by exploiting the synergy between the top of your library and the stack. Experimental Frenzy gives you the vital ability to cast Sensei's Divining Top directly from the top of your library for free once it returns there, bypassing the restriction on playing spells from your hand. Meanwhile, Samut, the Driving Force crucially reduces the cost of that noncreature artifact spell, ensuring the loop doesn't drain your mana. By repeatedly tapping Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place itself back on top, you can continuously recast it to build a massive storm count and draw as many cards as you desire.
