How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.
3. Repeat

This clever loop turns your library's top card into a self-sustaining engine by combining Experimental Frenzy's top-of-deck casting permission with Sensei's Divining Top's ability to cycle itself onto the library while drawing you a card. Normally, recasting the Top would cost its usual mana, but Sami, Wildcat Captain steps in to provide affinity for artifacts, making the artifact completely free to cast. By tapping the Top to draw and tuck itself, then immediately playing it again from the top of your deck, you create an endless cycle that fuels near-infinite storm count and draws your entire library.
