How it works

1. Activate Llanowar Scout by tapping it, putting Dimir Aqueduct onto the battlefield from your hand.
2. When Dimir Aqueduct enters the battlefield, it and Amulet of Vigor trigger.
3. Resolve the Amulet of Vigor trigger, untapping Dimir Aqueduct.
4. Activate Dimir Aqueduct by tapping it, adding .
5. Resolve the Dimir Aqueduct trigger from step 2, returning it to your hand from the battlefield.
6. Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying , untapping Llanowar Scout.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on the interaction between Llanowar Scout and Dimir Aqueduct to continuously trigger landfall and generate an endless supply of black mana. Ordinarily, Dimir Aqueduct would slow you down by entering the battlefield tapped and forcing you to return a land to your hand, but Amulet of Vigor bypasses the drawback by instantly untapping the bounceland so it can be tapped for {U}{B} right away. To keep the engine running, Pemmin's Aura is enchanted onto Llanowar Scout, using the blue mana generated by the bounceland to repeatedly untap the Scout and do it all over again.
