How it works

1. Activate Llanowar Scout by tapping it, putting Izzet Boilerworks onto the battlefield from your hand.
2. When Izzet Boilerworks enters the battlefield, it and Amulet of Vigor trigger.
3. Resolve the Amulet of Vigor trigger, untapping Izzet Boilerworks.
4. Activate Izzet Boilerworks by tapping it, adding .
5. Resolve the Izzet Boilerworks trigger from step 2, returning it to your hand from the battlefield.
6. Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying , untapping Llanowar Scout.
7. Repeat.

This clever engine spins up an infinite loop by exploiting the bounce trigger of Izzet Boilerworks alongside the continuous untap power of Amulet of Vigor. When you drop the Boilerworks using Llanowar Scout, the Amulet instantly snaps it back upright so you can tap it for blue and red mana before its own return-to-hand trigger forces it back to your hand. Meanwhile, the blue mana you generated is funneled straight into Pemmin's Aura to untap your Scout, resetting the whole cycle while leaving you up an extra red mana each time.
