How it works

1. Cast Relic of Sauron by paying 0 due to Sami.
2. Activate Relic of Sauron by tapping it, adding .
3. Activate Drafna by paying 1, returning Relic of Sauron from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Repeat.

This loop relies on Sami, Wildcat Captain's static ability giving your artifact spells affinity for artifacts, which slashes the cost of Relic of Sauron down to zero once you control enough artifacts to cover its mana value. With the Relic safely back in your hand, you can recast it for free, tap it for two mana via its mana ability, and use Drafna, Founder of Lat-Nam's activated ability to bounce it right back to your hand for just {1}{U}. By cycling the Relic this way, you generate an infinite loop of entering and leaving the battlefield triggers alongside an arbitrarily high storm count.
