How it works

1. Cast Kobolds of Kher Keep by paying 0, and choosing to pay its replicate cost an arbitrarily large number of times by paying 0.
2. Kobolds of Kher Keep triggers, creating a copy of it for each time its replicate cost was paid.
3. Resolve all Kobolds of Kher Keep spells, causing the nontoken Kobolds of Kher Keep to enter the battlefield, and creating a token copy of it for each time its replicate cost was paid.

By dropping Conspiracy onto the battlefield and naming Slivers as the chosen creature type, you secretly rewrite the genetic code of your entire deck so that every creature card you own becomes a Sliver. This clever alignment allows Hatchery Sliver to step in and grant its replicate ability to all of your creature spells, tying their replicate costs directly to their mana values. Because Kobolds of Kher Keep has a mana value of zero, paying its replicate cost requires zero mana, letting you flood the battlefield with an arbitrarily large number of Kobolds of Kher Keep token copies for free as they enter the battlefield in a massive wave.
