How it works

1. Activate Thermopod by sacrificing Kobolds of Kher Keep
2. When Kobolds of Kher Keep dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Kobolds of Kher Keep from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
3. Cast Kobolds of Kher Keep from the top of your library by paying 0 life.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns a zero-cost creature into an infinite engine by leveraging Mortuary to constantly intercept it from the graveyard and return it right to the top of your library. From there, Gwenom, Remorseless grants you the crucial ability to play cards directly off the top of your library, bypassing mana costs by trading life equal to the spell's mana value—which, in the case of Kobolds of Kher Keep, is a completely free zero life. Finally, Thermopod acts as your sacrifice outlet and mana engine, converting each iteration of your little kobold into a red mana to keep the sequence rolling infinitely.
