How it works

1. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing any other creature.
2. When the creature dies as a Cleric due to Leyline of Transformation, Rotlung Reanimator triggers, creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token.
3. Resolve the Shilgengar ability.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Leyline of Transformation to fundamentally rewrite the creature types of your entire deck, turning everything into a Cleric to satisfy Rotlung Reanimator's death trigger. With that setup in place, Shilgengar, Sire of Famine provides the necessary sacrifice outlet, converting each creature into a Blood token while triggering the Reanimator to instantly replace it with a fresh Zombie token. Because that Zombie is also treated as a Cleric by the Leyline, it can be sacrificed right back to Shilgengar to perpetuate the cycle indefinitely, generating an unbounded stream of blood and death triggers.
