How it works
- Declare Aurelia and Seluma as attackers. Aurelia triggers, causing you to untap all creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one.
- Activate Thermopod by sacrificing Aurelia.
- Deal combat damage using Seluma. Seluma triggers, returning Aurelia from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- Repeat.
This brilliant combat loop leverages Seluma, Light of Aysen as your commander to continuously pull fallen allies right back out of the graveyard whenever she connects for combat damage. While Seluma's flying keeps the skies clear for reliable damage, Aurelia, the Warleader provides the vital extra combat phases and untaps needed to keep the pressure relentless turn after turn. To complete the engine, Thermopod sits quietly on the board ready to turn your temporarily spared Aurelia into precious red mana through its sacrifice ability whenever you need to reset her position for the next wave.
