How it works

1. Cast Kor Skyfisher by paying 0 and 2 life due to Defiler of Faith and The Wind Crystal.
2. Defiler of Faith triggers, creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
3. When the Soldier enters, Case of the Uneaten Feast triggers, causing you to gain life.
4. Resolve Kor Skyfisher. When it enters, it and Case of the Uneaten Feast trigger.
5. Resolve the Kor Skyfisher trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
6. Resolve the Case of the Uneaten Feast trigger, causing you to gain life.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the humble Kor Skyfisher into a self-sustaining engine of creation. Because Defiler of Faith and The Wind Crystal together reduce the creature's casting cost down to zero while letting you pay life instead, you can repeatedly cast the Skyfisher for free; its own entry trigger then forces you to bounce itself right back to your hand. Meanwhile, every iteration spawns a fresh 1/1 Soldier token off the Defiler to pad your board, which in turn triggers Case of the Uneaten Feast to flood you with life and easily solve the case for future graveyard recursion.
