How it works

1. Activate Magmaw by paying 1 and sacrificing another nonland permanent, dealing 1 damage to an opponent.
2. Malcolm triggers, creating a 1/1 Frog creature token and a Treasure token.
3. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding 1.
4. Repeat.

This intricate loop starts by using Magmaw to sacrifice a nonland permanent and deal 1 damage to an opponent, which immediately triggers Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator to spawn a Treasure token. Because Rukarumel, Biologist has granted all your nontoken creatures the chosen type of Slivers, Quina, Qu Gourmet's replacement effect sees a token being created and generously tacks on an extra 1/1 green Frog creature token alongside that Treasure. You can then sacrifice that newly minted Frog to help pay for Magmaw's activation costs and use the mana from sacrificing the Treasure to keep the engine humming. With Rukarumel also capable of pumping out more fodder via its tapping ability if needed, this web of triggers turns a single point of burn into an endless cycle of sacrifice, damage, and token generation.
