How it works

1. Activate Magmaw by paying 1 and sacrificing another nonland permanent, dealing 1 damage to an opponent.
2. Malcolm triggers, creating two Treasure tokens.
3. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding 1.
4. Repeat.

This intricate loop relies on Rukarumel, Biologist to fundamentally reshape your battlefield and hand, declaring a chosen creature type that turns every creature you own into a Pirate alongside whatever else they are. With Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator on board, any damage dealt to an opponent by these newly minted Pirates triggers a cascade of Treasure tokens, further doubled by Exalted Sunborn's passive token-doubling replacement effect.
