When the land enters, Bloodghast triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield.
When Bloodghast enters as an Ally due to Rukarumel, Haru triggers, earthbending a land.
Resolve the Shilgengar ability from step 4.
Repeat from step 3.
With Rukarumel, Biologist reshaping your entire deck by making every creature type an Ally, casting Bloodghast instantly triggers Haru, Hidden Talent to turn a land into an earthbound creature. You can then feed both Bloodghast and your newly animated land into Shilgengar, Sire of Famine, generating a flurry of Blood tokens along the way. Because the sacrificed land dies, Haru's delayed trigger immediately returns it to the battlefield untapped, which in turn triggers Bloodghast's Landfall ability to bounce itself straight out of the graveyard and restart the loop.
