How it works

1. Activate Morphling by tapping it, adding .
2. Morphling triggers, causing you to loot.
3. Activate Morphling's first ability by paying , untapping it.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Morphling into a self-sustaining engine by outfitting it with Paradise Mantle, allowing the shapeshifter to tap for mana instead of just relying on its own abilities. Once equipped, tapping Morphling generates mana to feed its own untap ability, but the true magic happens thanks to Unctus, Grand Metatect. Unctus grants Morphling a triggered ability whenever it becomes tapped, meaning every single tap to the Mantle draws you a card and forces a discard, letting you cycle through your entire deck at will.
