How it works

1. Give Shalai and Hallar lifelink by any method.
2. Gain life by any method.
3. Spider-Man triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control.
4. Shalai and Hallar triggers, dealing 1 damage to an opponent and causing you to gain at least 1 life.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This loop creates a self-sustaining engine of life and lethality once you grant lifelink to Shalai and Hallar. By using any initial effect to gain life, you trigger Spider-Man, Peter Parker to place a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control. That placement immediately awakens Shalai and Hallar's triggered ability to blast an opponent for damage while simultaneously gaining you life back through that lifelink connection. That new chunk of life loops right back into Spider-Man, Peter Parker, cycling endlessly to bury your foes under infinite damage and counters.
